About Laura

Laura L. Brenneman is a hospital chaplain and visiting religion professor at AMBS, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Eastern Mennonite Seminary. Her work is at the intersection of biblical studies and peace studies, combining theory and practice. She is the New Testament editor of the Studies in Peace and Scripture Series with Ben Ollenburger (Old Testament editor) and a restorative justice practitioner in her local community. Laura enjoys biking, reading, traveling, being outside, and being with friends.
