Volunteer at AMBS

We value the partnerships we have with friends and congregations as Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary prepares people for ministry.

We invite you to join in this partnership by volunteering to help in the mission of AMBS. We welcome volunteers who can give several hours a week or a month, as well as those who could help for several days a year or on an on-call basis.

Volunteer tasks

AMBS has many different tasks available for volunteers, including office work, maintenance, data entry, cooking and baking, providing transportation, and caring for table linens used in the dining room and fabrics used in worship décor. We welcome many different kinds of skills and levels of skills for a variety of tasks.

While volunteering at AMBS you learn to know faculty, students and staff, and you may join in chapel services, forums and other campus events. As you consider this opportunity to join the AMBS community, please continue to pray for God's guidance and blessing. Download a letter-size flier.

  • To apply: Complete the volunteer application form. The second page of this application form is an interest check list where you can indicate the kinds of work you would enjoy.
